The rubber sheathed flexible cables YZ/YC are a special type of electric wire, named for their properties of water resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and extrusion resistance. Rubber sheathed wires are cables designed specifically for harsh environments and mobile occasions. Just like putting a sturdy "rubber boot" on the wire, they are particularly wear-resistant, tensile, and weather-resistant, and are commonly seen in places that require mobile power supply such as factories, construction sites, and farms.

Superior flexibility: The internal conductors consist of numerous fine copper strands, allowing the cables to be bent and dragged frequently without breaking easily.
Extrusion and wear resistance: The thick rubber sheath can effectively resist external impact, rolling, and friction, making it not easy to damage.
Tear resistance: High-quality rubber materials offer better tear resistance than plastics.
Strong weather resistance: It can adapt to high and low temperature environments, and is not prone to aging, embrittlement, or cracking when exposed to outdoor sun, rain, and snow.
Certain oil resistance: Some specially formulated rubber sheathed wires (such as YZZ) can also resist oil contamination, suitable for factory workshops with heavy oil pollution.

Typically, the wires use materials such as CPE, PVC, PE, and PP as insulation layers, with a wear-resistant outer sheath wrapped around them. They are suitable for power transmission scenarios of medium and large-sized equipment that require movement, dragging, mechanical force bearing, and may be exposed to harsh environments. They are capable "hands" for "rough and tough work", but should never be used in "static and delicate" fixed wiring scenarios in households.
